I had a factory defective uniform issue where the sleeves were attached incorrectly and the overall fit was uncomfortable.

This was the second issued uniform for me and that's when I realized I needed to take it to an expert tailor to fix all the factory defects.

Best Cleaners said they could fix it even though I was skeptical, but somehow they were able to pull off a miracle and to my surprise they did an amazing job in fixing a uniform that I though could not be fixed.

Went in to get a coat and pants altered as a trial run as i was new to the tailoring world. Well thats all it took, i was hooked. The finish product was better than i had imagined and the customer service is the best Ive had at any facility. Just the friendliest and knowledgeable people, every time i come in i look forward to getting helped by Luis, ill wait if i have to, he could tell what i wanted just by looking at me wear the clothes. Ive since taken half my closet for alterations, and i will surely be coming back for more. Highly recommend.

The alteration to my outfit is perfect. It fits better all over just fixing the shoulders. I dropped it off on a Friday it was ready the following Monday. The price was cheaper than expected.

Ive been trying to find a place to get my pants done for the longest. Not sure about the rest of the workers but Christina is amazing. I say that because she was the only one I dealt with. I gotta say Amazing customer service. Unlike most, she didnt show any sort of negative responses when I didnt know my measurements. I put on the pants and she went to work with those pens. The outcome was perfect. Its right next to the Hawthorne/Lenox station so its also super convenient. I will definitely be back.

They did a terrific job on all of my denim jeans. I dropped off about 20 pairs of 34/34 and they sized them down to 32/30. They look just as original as before ask for Luis if you need somebody that speaks English. You cant beat this quality of work for their price.

Great staff. Great communication. Great work. I was given a leather motorcycle jacket that was a XXL. I am a L. This kind of jacket is not easy to work with as the leather is thick and there are multiple layers inside for armor. Their work was great and the two seams they had to add were done in the same style as existing seams. Ill be back!

Im Active Duty in the Navy and was home on leave. I needed a new set of dress whites but the base in San Diego wasnt able to tailor them because they were swamped. I brought my whites to Garcias a little scared because its a military uniform and if they mess up theres no going back but they did an amazing job and got it done within 2 days right before I went back to South Carolina. They were extremely polite and flexible and promised to make sure they didnt get dirty which they didnt. Price was also very reasonable for tailored blouse sleeves, pants, and 2 patches. Definitely recommend this family run business.

I am a very picky reviewer but this place met all my expectations and were incredibly gracious to tailor a pair of pants. Everything in total was $31 with included the dry cleaning of my dress shirt. They are very generous with meeting your time sensitive needs as well. All in all VERY satisfied and VERY GOOD quality tailoring.

I take all of my stuff here to get tailored. I am 57 and somewhat stocky/athletic build, so it is hard for me to find clothes that fit nicely. Since finding this place I buy clothes whenever I see them and in whatever size because I can take them here and have them work wonders. I had an extra large puff coat that I had them downsize to a medium and it looked like it hadnt been touched! They are truly the best! I have taken jeans, pea coats, Jean jackets, button up shirts, you name it. I have not once gotten something back that I did not love. When I say love, I mean LOVE. When they are done with my clothes I feel confident and good looking. The staff here are super nice and always get things done in a timely manner as well. I have no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend this place. The card is in Spanish but dont let that scare you away. They speak English as well and will take care of your needs. Again, I highly recommend this place.

I love the work they do. Always solid and detailed and fast, super fast. They tailor my pants waist, hems, taper jeans and tailor my suits. Always great prices and great service. Believe me I have done a lot of tailoring on my clothes over the years.

I ordered a pair of pants online and it came in the mail like wolverine sliced it up or something. Garcias shop stitched it up to perfection right in front of me (less than 5 mins) for a great price. Guess where Im going again if wolverine slices more of my pants? Yup, Garcias tailor shop!

Came here to get some dress pants tailored. The gentleman that assisted me was courteous, friendly and professional. They did a great job with the hem and waist tailoring I needed on my dress pants. I was unable to pick up my clothes on the day they said it would be ready as my work schedule doesn't permit I pick it up until the weekend, they were very accommodating. I will definitely return if I need tailoring. (This place is the same as the cleaners).
